Automated recurring payments, built for predictable revenue.
Manage subscriptions, instalments and repeat charges with secure card tokenisation, automatic recovery of failed payments and full reporting on recurring revenue.
From onboarding to the first automatic renewal in minutes.
Set up your billing model once, tokenise the customer's card securely and let the platform automate renewals.
Set up your plans
Create monthly, annual, weekly or custom plans. Add trial periods, coupons, discounts and instalment logic directly in the platform.
Tokenise the payment method
The customer enters their card details once. Sensitive payment data is turned into a secure token and kept in the vault.
Automate charges and dunning
If a charge fails, the system tries 3 times the same day, then retries every 3 days for up to 30 days. After 10 failures in total, the subscription is suspended.
Monitor every event
Track renewals, failures, MRR, churn rate, LTV and webhook events in real time. Emails to merchant and customer are sent automatically.
Full control over the subscription lifecycle.
RONPay can automate every stage of recurring payments: the first tokenisation, the renewal, the recovery of failed payments and reactivation.
First payment and tokenisation
The card is charged once and stored as a token in a PCI DSS Level 1 environment. Your systems never hold the card number.
Automatic renewal
Each cycle is charged on schedule, on the plan you configured, with no action from the customer and none from you.
Recovery of failed payments
Declines are retried when they are most likely to succeed, and Account Updater refreshes cards that were replaced or expired.
Cancellation and reactivation
Pauses, cancellations and restarts are handled through the same flow, with a webhook for every event.

Frequently asked questions about recurring payments
Can I import existing subscriptions?
Yes. Existing subscriptions can be migrated safely by transferring tokens from another provider, without asking customers for their card details again.
How does the automatic retry flow work?
When a recurring charge fails, the system makes up to 3 attempts the same day. If all fail, it retries periodically over the following days.
What happens if a card expires?
The account updater can try to refresh the card data in the vault. If the payment method still needs attention, the customer is notified.
Can I migrate without interruption?
Yes. Token migration can be supported technically, so the transition happens without any service interruption.
What happens after a subscription is suspended?
The merchant receives the customer's details and can reactivate the subscription from the dashboard or through the API.
